Reference Usage:
Copy the reference data exactly as shown in the Reference Data panel below.
Pay attention to spaces, punctuation, capitalization, and order of fields.
Example:
If the reference shows:
Company Name: Innovate Labs Research
Business Type: R&D
Contact Person: Dr. Evelyn Reed
You must type exactly the same in the corresponding input fields.
Steps to Complete the Task
  1. Check the Reference Data above for the current form.
  2. Type each field exactly as shown, including spaces, punctuation, and capitalization.
  3. Do not leave any field blank; all fields are mandatory.
  4. After completing all fields, click Submit & Validate.
  5. Correct entries will be marked ✔, wrong entries ✘ will be highlighted for correction.
  6. After successful submission, the next form will load automatically.
